Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Sales Trainer to drive growth of an independent sales organization. This role designs and delivers high-impact training programs that strengthen product knowledge, consultative selling, technology adoption, and regulatory compliance.

The trainer will collaborate with sales leadership, distribution partners, and cross-functional teams to develop scalable learning initiatives, accelerate onboarding, and sustain a high-performing sales model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Spanish and English proficiency required.
• 3–5 years as Corporate Trainer or related role with emphasis on consultative sales.
• Solid knowledge of life insurance products and distribution channels.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and partners to scale learning initiatives.
• Conduct field visits and assess performance gaps.
• Review sales scripts for compliance and consistency.
• Analyze sales data to identify training opportunities.
• Travel to support field training as needed.
