Job summary

Socket.dev seeks an experienced retail leadership professional to oversee store-level sales and operational performance across locations. The role involves traveling to sites, executing trainings, and coordinating with regional teams to ensure adherence to targets and standards.

You will coach employees, lead scheduling, and support the rollout of new initiatives while maintaining high customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on sales, operations, and personnel coaching.
• Proficiency in employee work scheduling and HR management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement MAPs for store teams to meet sales targets.
• Lead and deliver sales, training, and operations guidance during visits and group sessions.
• Support development through shadowing and coaching of regional staff.
• Plan and run RSM Meetings and All Hands sessions with cross‑team collaboration.
• Monitor daily sales activities, marketing efforts, and share updates with leadership.
