Alera Group is seeking a Vice President, National Claims Practice Leader to guide our national property and casualty claims strategy and strengthen capabilities across offices and regions. This role will build a scalable operating model, advocate for complex claims, and deepen carrier relationships while driving data-driven improvements for better client outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 years of progressive Property & Casualty claims experience
• Significant leadership experience in national broker/carrier/TPA/claims consulting
• Experience leading multi-line claims operations and transformation initiatives
• Strong executive communication and relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel nationally up to ~25%

Aufgaben

• Develop the national P&C claims strategy and multi-year roadmap
• Strengthen regional consistency in intake, triage, escalation and client communications
• Advocate for complex, high-severity, disputed claims on behalf of clients
• Build carrier and wholesaler relationships to resolve service issues
• Advance technology, analytics, automation and AI to improve workflows and reporting
• Establish service standards, metrics and reporting to drive performance
• Develop claims talent and capabilities across a distributed team
• Collaborate with regional and national leaders to support client retention and growth
