FAO in Georgia, based in Tbilisi, seeks a National Operations Specialist to support project cycle management, budgeting, reporting, and coordination across programme, administrative and finance units. Initial 3-month contract with extension potential.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced university degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Five+ years of experience in programme/project management, operations, finance or related areas.
• Full proficiency in English and Georgian (Level C).
• National of Georgia or resident with valid work permit.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day support to project teams on operational aspects through all project cycle phases.
• Review and monitor project budgets, financial delivery, commitments, and forecasts.
• Maintain complete and current project data in FAO’s Field Programme Management Information System (FPMIS).
• Prepare and monitor annual work plans, track milestones and bottlenecks.
