Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in security, account management, operations, or a closely related field.
• Experience managing large national or multi-site security programs/accounts.
• Experience working for a large security services organization, national security provider, or Fortune 500/corporate security organization preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex client relationships with C-suite executives and senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of security operations, workforce management, client service delivery, compliance, and KPIs.
• Ability to lead through multiple layers of management and drive scalable processes.
• Strong financial acumen including budgets, forecasting, labor costs, profitability, and account performance.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities across a national footprint.
• Ability to travel nationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee national account performance across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with field operations and client executives to ensure service delivery.
