Job summary

National Life Group is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Security to oversee daily physical security operations on our Vermont and Texas campuses. You will supervise the Security Operations Center, develop security plans, and coordinate emergency preparedness within the Corporate Business Continuity Program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years supervisory experience.
• Minimum of ten years of corporate physical security management experience and/or law enforcement.
• Knowledge of physical security, safety, and asset protection.
• Emergency management plans, procedures, and response knowledge.
• Experience with security, executive protection, and business continuity in a corporate setting.
• Experience with incident response and investigations.
• Experience with law enforcement collaboration and vendor management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel 4–6 weeks per year.
• Intermediate Windows, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of internal physical security staff on Vermont and Texas campuses.
• Develop, support and enforce security policies and programs.
• Implement security plans compliant with codes, regulations and company guidelines.
• Serve as a contact for vendor contracts and security personnel.
• Conduct incident investigations and interview witnesses.
• Lead training and provide leadership reports.
• Contribute to emergency preparedness plans and business continuity exercises.
• Oversee the Security Operations Center and badge management.
• Assist with corporate executive protection duties as needed.
• Manage the parking program for Vermont campus locations.
