Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a results‑driven leader to manage the National Operational Data program and related initiatives.

You will standardize option structures and cost codes across the enterprise while collaborating with Purchasing, IS, and Supply Chain to drive efficiencies in reporting and data usage. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years in a senior management capacity, preferably in homebuilding, with a valid driver's license and a strong focus on data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 5 years in a management-level position or equivalent work experience, preferably in homebuilding.

Responsibilities

• Apply the Company’s vision, pledges, and guiding principles to every facet of responsibilities in an effort to improve our Company.
• Manage item and option structure standardization across the enterprise.
• Work with National Purchasing team to manage cost code standardization across the enterprise.
• Work with Corporate IS for system enhancements needed for gaining efficiencies within Community Setup and reporting.
• Collaborate with Supply chain department leaders to develop a methodology that allows reporting on a variety of products.
• Collaborate and provide guidance to outside consultants when implementing new system projects/enhancements as required.
• Training on new system functionality as required.
• Validate and ensure system consistency of data usage across the enterprise quarterly reporting to Director and VP Operational Data.

SUMMARY

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 5 years full-time management level position or equivalent work experience and 5-7 years of homebuilder experience, preferred. Successful Candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
