Job summary

K. Hovnanian Homes is seeking an on-site construction supervisor in New Jersey to oversee subcontractors, monitor costs and ensure quality in every stage of home building.

The role requires 1–2 years of field experience, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license. The position offers an hourly wage range of $33.65–$38.46, with potential bonuses and extensive benefits, including time off, paid vacation, sick and personal days, overtime eligibility,

Qualifications

• Finish knowledge from drywall to closing.

As a team member of our on-site construction team, you will supervise subcontractor activities; monitor all costs and implement cost controls and walk homes in various stages of construction to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are exceeded.

One to two years of construction field experience with general knowledge of finish construction from drywall installation to closing preferred. Bachelor’s degree a plus. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
