Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking an on-site Construction Supervisor to oversee subcontractor activities, monitor costs, and ensure quality throughout homes in construction. A valid driver’s license is required, with 1–2 years of field experience and a preferred Bachelor’s degree.

The role offers an hourly compensation range and extensive benefits, including time off and holiday pay, with bonuses eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a team member of our on-site construction team, you will supervise subcontractor activities; monitor allcosts and implement cost controls and walk homes in various stages of construction to ensure quality standards and customer expectations areexceeded.

One to two years of construction field experience with general knowledge of finish construction from drywall installation to closing preferred. Bachelor’s degree a plus. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
