Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or business.
• 5+ years in pharma, healthcare, biotech, or related industry; oncology/hematology preferred.
• Previous field leadership, sales leadership, or field operations experience.
• Strong clinical, oncology knowledge and healthcare environment understanding.
• Ability to translate strategy into field execution and prioritize resources.

Responsibilities

• Translate oncology portfolio and brand priorities into ONE field priorities, plans, milestones, and execution requirements.
• Develop portfolio nursing education strategy to support disease and therapy management.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and drive decisions without direct authority.
• Optimize Field Operations: tools, processes, systems, reporting, training, and infrastructure.
• Advocate for ONE and build compelling business cases for resources and support.
• Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities and inform priorities.
• Lead complex, multi-franchise projects from strategy through implementation.
