AbbVie Inc. is seeking a National Portfolio Manager to translate portfolio priorities into field execution and drive education across three hematology franchises.

The role coordinates with ONE, Brand, Sales, Field Operations, Analytics, Training, Medical and other partners in a highly matrixed environment. The position requires strong clinical and industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and an ability to lead without direct authority.

• Strong leadership and team coordination in a matrix organization.
• Ability to translate strategy into field execution using data and insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Translate oncology portfolio and brand priorities into ONE field priorities and execution plans.
• Support creation of portfolio nurse education strategy to educate HCPs and nurses.
• Lead through influence to align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Partner with Field Operations to ensure tools, processes, systems, reporting and infrastructure are in place for compliant execution.
• Represent ONE in cross-functional planning and build business cases for needed resources.
• Identify field needs and rapidly mobilize partners to address them.
• Use field data and insights to drive actionable recommendations and prioritization.
• Own complex cross-functional projects from strategy to implementation.
