Job summary

SPG is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead multifamily and rehab construction projects from inception to completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and negotiations while driving profitability and timely delivery.

The role requires directing multiple scattered projects nationwide, mentoring Project Managers, and maintaining excellent client relations. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multifamily construction projects.
• Experience managing rehab construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or 2–4 years’ equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned multifamily and rehab construction projects, managing budgets, schedules and negotiations to ensure profitability and on-time completion.
• Oversee and coordinate multiple scattered projects across various locations.
• Supervise, mentor and support Project Managers, fostering a high-performance team culture and assisting with hiring/training.
• Serve as primary point of contact for bottlenecks, communications, and client relationships.
