Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead multifamily construction and rehab programs from Columbus, OH.

You will drive project teams, manage budgets and schedules, negotiate contracts, mentor Project Managers, and maintain key client relations across a nationwide portfolio. Based in Columbus, OH with relocation assistance. You’ll ensure safety, quality, and profitability while expanding the company’s premier multifamily capabilities and contributing to business

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Project Executive or Senior Project Manager in multifamily construction.
• Experience managing rehab construction projects.
• Experience with multi-site/nationwide project oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent 2–4 years’ experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software; Prolog preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Executive Project Leadership: Direct assigned multifamily and rehab projects, manage budgets and schedules.
• National Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple scattered projects nationwide.
• Team Mentorship: Supervise and train Project Managers.
• Client & Vendor Relations: Primary contact for bottlenecks and stakeholder communications.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure safety standards and procedures on all sites.
• Business Development: Support sales and marketing to grow business.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Engineering

Equivalent 2–4 years of industry experience
