Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading multifamily construction and rehab projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or 2–4 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software; knowledge of Primavera or SureTrack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned multifamily and rehab projects, managing budgets and schedules.
• Oversee a nationwide portfolio of scattered projects and ensure profitability.
• Mentor Project Managers and support hiring/training.
• Negotiate contracts and manage client/vendor relationships.
• Ensure safety standards and company procedures on all sites.
• Support strategic sales and marketing to win new business.
