Elsevier, part of RELX, is seeking a National Sales Manager, Medical Education to drive growth across North American MD/DO/PA programs. Lead a high-performing B2B sales team, develop strategic plans, and expand the footprint through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

You will partner with Academic Success Managers and cross-functional teams to translate market opportunities into sustainable growth, while maintaining a strong pipeline and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifikationen

• Significant B2B sales experience leading teams and delivering new business growth.
• Experience creating and executing sales strategies to win institutional customers.
• Proven ability to manage complex pipelines and meet revenue targets.

• Develop and execute North American Medical Education sales strategy for MD/DO/PA programs.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and manage complex institutional opportunities.
• Coach and develop a high-performing B2B sales team with forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with ASMs and cross-functional teams on growth initiatives and customer insights.
• Lead negotiations, pricing, RFPs, and contract discussions with senior decision-makers.
• Foster strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and coordinate with Marketing, Product, Strategy and Content.
