Elsevier is seeking a National Sales Manager for Medical Education to lead the North American sales strategy across MD, DO, and PA programs. You will manage a high-performing B2B sales team, forecast and drive quotas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn market opportunities into sustainable growth.

The role requires significant B2B sales leadership, with travel and a focus on expanding digital learning and assessment solutions in Medical Education.

Qualifications

• Significant B2B sales experience across SaaS, digital learning, publishing, technology, or healthcare preferred.
• Proven leadership of high-performing sales teams and complex pipeline management.
• Experience in higher education or healthcare education is a plus.
• Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth and market expansion across North American MD, DO, and PA programs.
• Lead and develop a B2B sales team with clear pipeline, forecasting, and quota accountability.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline and close complex institutional opportunities.
• Coordinate with Academic Success, Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Content for growth initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent and coach consultative selling.
