Job summary

Elsevier, a RELX group company, is seeking a National Sales Manager, Medical Education to drive new business growth across North American MD, DO, and PA programs. Lead a high-performing B2B sales team and partner with cross-functional colleagues to convert market opportunities into sustained revenue.

You will develop and execute sales strategy, build a healthy pipeline, and manage complex institutional deals.

Qualifications

Significant B2B sales leadership and revenue growth track record.
Experience recruiting, coaching, performance management, and talent development.
Proven ability to manage complex pipelines and hit revenue targets.
Knowledge of higher education, healthcare education, or e-learning; Medical Education experience is a plus.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the North American Medical Education sales strategy.
Achieve new business revenue by acquiring institutional customers.
Build a healthy pipeline and lead complex opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
Improve sales productivity, territory performance, and market share.
Partner with ASMs to pursue whitespace, upsell, and cross-sell.
Set qualification, progression, close planning, CRM discipline, forecasting, and reporting standards.
Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing B2B sales professionals.
Build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers and cross-functional teams.
