• Experience executing sales strategies, managing complex pipelines, and meeting revenue targets.
• Knowledge of higher education, healthcare education, or e-learning preferred.
• Travel required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the North American Medical Education sales strategy for MD, DO, and PA programs.
• Achieve new business revenue and product targets by acquiring institutional customers and increasing market penetration.
• Build a healthy pipeline and lead complex institutional opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
• Improve sales productivity, territory performance, and market share from insights.
• Partner with Academic Success Managers to pursue whitespace, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Set standards for qualification, progression, close planning, CRM discipline, forecasting, and reporting.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing B2B sales professionals with coaching and closing skills.
• Build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers and coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Content.
