Job summary

Elsevier seeks a National Sales Manager, Medical Education to drive growth across North American MD/DO/PA programs. You will build strategies, expand the footprint through upsell/cross-sell, and lead a high-performing B2B sales team with cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with Academic Success Managers and other teams to convert market opportunities into sustainable revenue, while meeting and exceeding quotas in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused education market.

Qualifications

• Significant B2B sales experience leading teams and delivering growth.
• Experience in SaaS, digital learning, publishing, technology, or healthcare preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop sales talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop North American Medical Education sales strategy for MD/DO/PA programs.
• Achieve new business revenue by acquiring institutional customers and market penetration.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline for complex institutional deals.
• Improve sales productivity and market share through insights and action.
• Collaborate with ASMs and cross-functional teams on growth initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and retain high-performing B2B sales professionals.
