Job summary

FOX Television Stations in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a National Sales Manager to lead cross-platform revenue across Phoenix and San Francisco markets. Based in Phoenix, you will drive national strategy, coach Account Executives, and partner with agencies to maximize multi-channel advertising opportunities.

The role requires strong leadership, pricing, inventory management, and a track record in high-volume, transactional sales with political and sports experience valued.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in broadcast, digital, or related media sales.
• Previous sales leadership or senior Account Executive experience preferred.
• Experience with national agencies, advertisers, pricing, inventory management, and forecasting.
• Experience developing digital or cross-platform advertising solutions.
• Knowledge of political advertising or sports sales is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategy to achieve revenue goals across Phoenix and San Francisco markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with national agencies and advertisers.
• Collaborate on pricing, inventory management, packaging, and revenue optimization.
• Identify opportunities across broadcast, digital, streaming, sports, and sponsorships.
• Coach Account Executives and support revenue forecasting and analytics.
