Toyota North America is seeking a National Manager, Commercial Credit Risk Management to lead a high-performing team and oversee all commercial credit risk activities. You will translate complex risk matters into clear strategies, safeguard the credit portfolio, and drive continuous improvement and governance.

Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you will partner with senior leaders, manage examinations and audits, and deliver insightful reporting to support executive decisions while advancing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial credit risk management, credit administration, or portfolio oversight, including leading teams.
• Experience in underwriting, watchlist borrower management, risk ratings and risk triggers, and committee governance.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership, including the Chief Risk Officer and other senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage complex reporting environments, control-sensitive processes, and vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex risk topics into clear insights.
• Willing and able to travel up to 15% as business needs may require

• Build a commercial credit risk management framework aligned to company size and growth.
• Drive process improvements and automation to streamline risk workflows.
• Coordinate FDIC examinations, internal audits, and risk reviews with readiness.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration across Credit, Risk, Underwriting, Operations, Sales, and Finance.
• Provide independent challenge and oversight across the lending portfolio.
• Prepare Executive Committee materials and Board reporting with clear recommendations.
