Job summary

Toyota Financial Savings Bank’s Compliance Department seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager to safeguard operations by identifying, mitigating, and managing regulatory risks. You will report to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance, and support a robust CMS within a highly regulated financial services landscape.

You will lead a team, translate complex requirements into actionable actions, and drive proactive risk management across state and federal regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, compliance, risk management, or business.
• 10+ years of regulatory compliance experience within large banks and financial services.
• Knowledge of commercial lending, CMS, and CAMELS.
• Experience with mortgage and auto lending regulatory requirements.
• Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing regulatory examinations and change management.
• Leadership experience in a matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic compliance efforts by providing expert oversight of regulatory expectations and emerging risks impacting CAMELS and consumer protections.
• Collaborate with Legal, Internal Audit, and Risk teams to resolve complex issues and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations and assist with corrective actions required by regulators.
• Develop and update Corporate Compliance Policies, Standards, and Procedures for business units.
• Produce regular risk and compliance reports for Senior Management and the Board committees.
