Job summary

Toyota North America seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager within its Financial Services Compliance team. The role focuses on safeguarding operations and managing regulatory, reputational, and operational risks in a regulated environment.

You will partner with Legal, Internal Audit, and Risk to maintain a robust CMS, address state and federal regulatory requirements, and guide teams through regulatory changes and examinations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, compliance, risk management or related field.
• 10+ years regulatory compliance experience in large banks/financial services with knowledge of federal/state banking laws (UDAAP, Fair Lending, TILA-RESPA, FCRA, ECOA, BSA/AML).
• Experience managing compliance programs, including complaints, corrective actions, policy updates, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic compliance efforts and oversee regulatory expectations and emerging risks.
• Collaborate with Legal, Internal Audit, and Enterprise Risk teams to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations and corrective actions with regulators.
• Develop and update Corporate Compliance Policies and Procedures for business units.
• Prepare regular risk and compliance reports for senior management and boards.
