Capital Automotive seeks a Credit Manager to join the Portfolio Management team, focusing on underwriting, process management, and portfolio reporting. You will monitor credit risk, develop standards, and support the credit function across CC/IC and related departments.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years in commercial credit or public accounting, strong financial analysis skills, advanced Excel, and the ability to present credit risks to senior leaders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field.
• 3+ years of commercial credit or public accounting experience.
• Strong financial statement analysis and Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate credit risks to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with portfolio analysis and covenant compliance preferred.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and monitor tenant credit risk and portfolio quality.
• Prepare quarterly and ad hoc credit analyses for CC/IC.
• Support deal structuring and credit-related documentation.
• Assist in quarterly and enhanced credit reviews (QCR/ECR).
• Administer and optimize credit reporting tools.
