Job summary

This leadership position involves training staff and managing complex leave cases while ensuring compliance with all regulations. A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with HR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in Human Resources, with three years on absence management.
• HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
• Two years of managerial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Leave Team and support day-to-day operations.
• Develop and oversee workflows for effective leave management.
• Handle complex leave cases and provide expert advice.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations to ensure compliance.
