Tricon is seeking a National Leasing Consultant to guide prospects through the leasing journey, from home selection to application submission, across multiple markets. You will re-engage stalled leads and partner with Elise AI to ensure smooth handoffs between automated and human outreach.

You will collaborate with national Sales teams, support occupancy goals, and maintain a well-organized task queue with timely follow-ups. Strong sales instincts and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leasing, real estate sales, or consultative sales.
• Ability to meet or exceed conversion targets.
• Natural relationship-builder who earns trust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guidance to prospects at any stage of the leasing funnel.
• Re-engage stalled or disengaged prospects and recover leads.
• Collaborate with Elise AI to ensure seamless handoffs between automated and human engagement.
• Maintain a clear task queue and timely follow-ups; achieve call QA scores.
• Share insights with national teams to inform leasing strategy.
