You will help clients narrow home options, schedule tours, and advance applications while upholding high standards of client care.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year in sales, leasing, property management, or consultative sales.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to handle high volumes and close conversions.
• Experience with CRM systems and leasing platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized guidance to prospects through the leasing funnel—from home selection to application submission.
• Re-engage stalled or disengaged prospects to recover leads and drive submitted applications.
• Collaborate with Elise AI to ensure smooth handoffs and improve conversion likelihood.
• Support leasing activity across markets and share prospect insights to inform strategy.
