Job summary

MP Materials is seeking a Learning and Development Manager for a new metal, alloy, and magnet-making facility in Fort Worth, TX. You will plan, coordinate, and execute training programs across departments and own the MP Magnetics Learning Development Program.

The role requires excellent communication, adult-learning knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience coordinating training, preferably in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design methods.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training matrices for regulatory and IATF compliance.
• Lead new employee orientation programs.
• Own and manage the MP Magnetics LMS.
• Identify training needs with department managers and develop plans.
• Design and update training materials and resources.
• Coordinate training sessions and equipment.
• Deliver training and engage participants in activities.
• Maintain records of training activities and evaluations.
• Document training plans and competency criteria.
