The role ensures practical, engaging content, coordinates scheduling and logistics, maintains LMS records, and partners with operations and sales to meet safety, compliance, and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and execute training programs across multiple locations.
• Experience delivering in-person, virtual, and blended learning sessions.
• Ability to update and maintain training content reflecting current processes and tools.
• Strong collaboration with subject matter experts to translate knowledge into training.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver training programs aligned to business needs.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and rollout of initiatives.
• Maintain LMS records and generate training activity reports.
• Ensure consistency of training execution across branch locations.
• Support leaders with tools and training to improve performance and compliance.
