Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking a Sr. Inventory Control Manager – Central Team to lead inventory control across multiple high-volume e-commerce fulfillment sites in the U.S. The role requires extensive travel (~85%) and on-site leadership to stabilize processes and drive accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in inventory control with WMS/RF systems expertise, and a proven ability to implement sustainable improvements across a distributed network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive inventory control, warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience with leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Central Team inventory subject matter expert supporting multiple high-volume e-commerce fulfillment operations.
• Travel extensively to supported locations to assess inventory performance and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support new site launches, start-ups, ramp-ups, stabilization efforts, and operational turnarounds.
• Oversee and evaluate inventory control processes, including cycle counts, reconciliation, adjustments, audits, and reporting.
• Establish standardized inventory control processes and best practices across locations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data within WMS and related systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis on discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor inventory KPIs and performance metrics.
• Partner with site Operations, Quality, Finance, Continuous Improvement, IT, and customer teams to resolve issues.
• Provide hands-on leadership during peak periods and site transitions.
• Coach and develop site inventory leaders on systems and processes.
