ID Logistics is seeking a Sr. Inventory Control Manager for the Central Team. This role leads inventory control across multiple high-volume e-commerce sites in the U.S., with extensive travel to on-site locations to stabilize and optimize inventory processes.

The position requires 5+ years of inventory control leadership, strong WMS/RF expertise, and the ability to drive improvements across a network. Travel ~85% and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive inventory control, warehouse, or fulfillment leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Central Team inventory subject matter expert for multiple high-volume e-commerce operations.
• Travel extensively to assess inventory performance and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support new site launches, ramp-ups, and stabilization efforts from an inventory-control perspective.
• Oversee and evaluate cycle counts, reconciliation, adjustments, and reporting.
• Establish standardized inventory control processes across locations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data in WMS and related systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis on discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor inventory KPIs and performance metrics.
