Job summary

Compactor Rentals of America is seeking a Project Manager to oversee nationwide installation projects for Compactor and Baler equipment. You will coordinate timelines, resources, and communication across Sales, Service, Logistics, subcontractors, and customers to ensure timely completion and satisfaction.

The role acts as a liaison between internal teams and customers, using Salesforce and internal systems to manage activity, track progress, and resolve risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in project coordination, PM, operations, or related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with mult-project handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities to identify risks and solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/Salesforce is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and coordinate project timelines with Sales, Logistics, technicians, and customers.
• Coordinate requirements, site readiness, delivery, scheduling, and resource availability.
• Monitor progress; identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Manage scope and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project expectations.
• Maintain project records, work orders, installation details, and status.
• Support leadership with reporting and process improvements.
