Job summary

SmartLam North America is seeking a Project Manager to own projects from sale through production and onsite installation. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification, while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent.
• 5+ years project management experience in construction, manufacturing, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans.
• Strong planning, scheduling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from sale through production and onsite installation.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead pre-production meetings and design reviews as needed.
• Track status and costs with detailed record keeping.
• Produce RFIs, change orders and submittals.
• Use ERP software for project tracking and coordination with engineering.
• Ensure designs and production files stay on schedule; drive improvements.
