Job summary
Proactive Global seeks Field Installation Supervisors, Site Leads, Foremen and Managers to lead nationwide conveyor installation projects in distribution and manufacturing facilities across the United States.
You'll supervise installation crews, coordinate field activities and ensure safe, on-time delivery of complex warehouse automation solutions, with travel across the country and strong leadership requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising conveyor installation or material handling projects.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple contractors and field crews.
- Willingness to travel 100% across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily onsite conveyor and warehouse automation installation activities.
- Supervise mechanical, electrical and installation technicians on site.
- Coordinate subcontractors, field crews and stakeholders to meet milestones.
- Ensure installations are safe, on time and per project specs.
- Support commissioning teams during handover and project completion.
