Job summary

Optum Infusion Pharmacy (OIP) is seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President of Sales to drive nationwide growth across infusion therapies. You will lead 160+ sales professionals, expand provider relationships, and elevate field execution while collaborating with Operations, Nursing, Clinical Growth and Marketing.

You’ll oversee strategy, analytics, and CRM enhancements to maximize referrals, starts of care, and patient access.

Qualifications

10+ years in senior sales roles within infusion pharmacy or related healthcare fields.
Track record leading national sales organizations with consistent target achievement.
Experience in large, matrixed organizations and cross-functional alignment.
Results-driven with ownership, accountability and initiative.
Strong communication skills with ability to engage senior audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a national growth strategy to exceed referrals and starts of care.
Lead and develop a large sales organization and strengthen provider relationships.
Collaborate with Operations, Nursing, Clinical Growth, and Marketing to drive organic growth.
Drive revenue through strategic account management and performance analytics.
