Michels Energy Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator to manage on-site safety, conduct audits, investigations, and emergency responses. You will support operations by communicating and enforcing HSE programs and facilitating trainings and new-hire orientations.

The role requires travel across the United States and a strong commitment to safety, with opportunities to contribute to a broad pipeline and energy project portfolio within a leading contractor group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a safety role.
• 5 years of oil/gas industry experience.
• CSP and/or UCSP credentialing (desired).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Perform job-site visitations, audits, and incident investigations.
• Lead emergency response activities and drills.
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of HSE programs.
• Conduct meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations.
