Responsibilities

• Partner with Practice President and senior leaders to translate strategy into actions.
• Develop and maintain national marketing and market development strategy.
• Oversee KPIs, budgets, and forecasts; use analytics to guide decisions.
• Build and scale sales processes, CRM usage, and incentive plans.
