• Experience supporting national healthcare organizations.
• Ability to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion.
• Executive-level relationship management and ROI storytelling.
• Proven track record working with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of strategic national healthcare customers post-deployment.
• Develop and execute outcome-driven success plans around safety, asset visibility, and ROI.
• Build strong relationships across clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• Guide customers through post-go-live adoption, optimization, and expansion.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales and CS leadership to support renewals and long-term growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technical Account Services, Hardware Operations, and Marketing.
