Job summary

Carda Health is seeking a senior health plans seller to own revenue from first meeting through pilot and expansion. You will target national carriers (UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Elevance, Humana) and regional plans, with Medicare Advantage as the primary focus.

In this builder seat, you bring established relationships; Carda provides outcomes and a scale-ready team. You will design pilots, negotiate contracts, forecast in Salesforce, and drive multi-market expansions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling directly to health plans with quota.
• Medicare Advantage selling experience required; commercial/Medicaid alone not acceptable.
• Experience carrying at least one deal from pilot to multi-market or national partnership.
• Existing network of decision-makers at national and regional plans.
• Fluency in economics of MA: Star Ratings, risk adjustment, MLR, bid cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own a named list of national and regional health plans; build multi-threaded relationships across Medicare products, Stars, quality, care management, network and procurement.
• Lead full cycle sales: discovery, ROI modeling, pilot design, contracting, launch, and scale conversion with Sr. leadership alignment.
• Design pilots with pre-defined success metrics, measurement plans, and expansion triggers.
• Structure deals across fee-for-service, PMPM, outcomes-based, and shared-savings models; coordinate pricing with finance and contracting with legal.
• Translate Carda outcomes into plan priorities such as Star Ratings, readmissions, MLR, HEDIS, and total cost of care.
