Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 7–10 years commercial fleet leadership experience.
• Experience managing all aspects of a national fleet.
• DOT/hazmat knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and maintain a national fleet program across North America.
• Oversee fleet procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle costs.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance on budgeting and spend forecasting.
• Ensure DOT/FMCSA/PHMSA/OSHA/EPA compliance and safety standards.
• Lead, develop, and mentor fleet team members.
• Report KPIs to operational leadership and drive cost reductions.
• Manage leasing relationships and external maintenance vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement across fleet operations.
