Job summary

Exo Group, LLC. seeks a Fleet Manager to lead a 400+ vehicle and equipment fleet across multiple US locations. You will ensure safety, reliability, and cost-effective operation while aligning with field operations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible fleet/transportation operations experience.
• Experience managing a fleet of 400+ vehicles or assets preferred.
• FMCSA/DOT knowledge and regulatory compliance experience.
• Proven leadership and vendor-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet operations and asset management for 400+ vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain visibility into fleet location, status, utilization, condition, and readiness.
• Coordinate vehicle assignments based on requirements and asset availability.
• Develop lifecycle strategies for acquisition, deployment, maintenance, replacement, and retirement.
• Monitor preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
