Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. is seeking a National Fleet Coordinator in Dallas, TX to manage the day-to-day administration of the nationwide vehicle fleet.

The role serves as the first point of contact for fleet questions and ensures vehicles and drivers are onboarded, documented, and maintained efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle onboarding/offboarding, vehicle lifecycle administration, and data accuracy across fleet systems, including Wheels, with a focus on cost-effective, timely solutions

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a corporate fleet environment.
• Experience managing 400+ vehicles.
• Experience with driver onboarding/offboarding and vehicle lifecycle administration.
• Experience managing vehicle registrations, renewals, assignments and transfers.
• Familiarity with fleet management systems and telematics platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Wheels experience preferred.
• Experience supporting nationwide fleets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the Fleet Department for drivers, managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding for drivers and vehicle lifecycle administration.
• Coordinate addition of new vehicles and ensure data accuracy in fleet systems.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and assignment with drivers and stakeholders.
• Manage vehicle offboarding including sales, returns, transfers, and disposals.
• Ensure documentation accuracy throughout the vehicle lifecycle using Wheels systems.
• Monitor telematics and address issues or escalate as needed.
• Review vehicle connectivity, mileage, and utilization data.
• Act as daily contact with Fleet Management Company.
• Assist with fleet reporting, inventories, and data analysis.
• Support development and implementation of fleet processes and continuous improvement.
