Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a National Fleet Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day administration and operational support of our nationwide vehicle fleet. You will be the primary contact for fleet questions and ensure vehicles and drivers are onboarded, maintained, compliant, and efficiently managed across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in a corporate fleet environment.
• Experience supporting fleets of 400+ vehicles or more.
• Experience managing driver onboarding/offboarding and vehicle lifecycle administration.
• Experience with vehicle registrations, renewals, assignments and transfers.
• Familiarity with fleet management systems and telematics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for drivers, managers, and internal stakeholders on fleet policies and processes.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding of drivers and vehicle lifecycle administration.
• Coordinate addition of new vehicles and ensure accurate data entry in fleet systems.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and assignment with drivers and dealership partners.
• Manage vehicle offboarding, disposals, and removal from fleet systems.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation across lifecycle using Wheels.
