Job summary

Sysmex America, Inc. is seeking a National Field Service Technician to develop expertise and progress toward a Service Engineer role. The position requires extensive travel across the U.S.

during and after a 9-month training period, with opportunities to support multiple districts as openings arise. Ideal candidates will relocate to service districts nationwide, have electronics or biomedical background, and possess strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or relevant 0-3 years experience in biomedical/electronics or clinical lab science.
• Sysmex instrument training certification is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to become Field Service Technician.
• Travel to US service districts for mentorship during training.
• Provide service support in assigned districts after training.
• Travel up to 75% during and after training.
• Apply for open SE positions after program.
• Install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments per policies.
• Document all activities accurately, including inventory and service orders.
• Maintain customer relations and cross-functional collaboration.
