Job summary

Red Bull North America seeks a Strategic Leadership executive to own and execute nationwide field sales strategies and budgets. You will drive cross-regional best practices, set KPIs with VPOPs, and ensure a strong brand presence in national outlets.

You will coach senior leaders, shape the talent pipeline up to the VP level, and partner with Finance, Marketing, and Distribution to maximize ROI and market impact. This role requires a deep On Premise background and strategic influence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of sales leadership experience in beverage or consumer goods, with deep expertise in the On Premise channel.
• Proven track record leading a large-scale field sales organization at a national level.
• Experience owning national sales strategy and annual business planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, management and execution of comprehensive field sales strategies.
• Drive the transfer of best practices across regions and set standards and benchmarks.
• Own the annual field sales business plan and KPIs with VPOPs.
• Develop tools to ensure regional budgets demonstrate strong ROI.
• Lead national design of territory deployment and brand leadership standards.
• Coach the VPOPs and Directors to build and maintain talent pipelines.
