Red Bull North America seeks a Strategic Leadership executive to own and execute nationwide field sales strategies and budgets. You will drive cross-regional best practices, set KPIs with VPOPs, and ensure a strong brand presence in national outlets.
You will coach senior leaders, shape the talent pipeline up to the VP level, and partner with Finance, Marketing, and Distribution to maximize ROI and market impact. This role requires a deep On Premise background and strategic influence.
Own the development, management and execution of comprehensive field sales strategies that align with the company objectives.
Drive the systematic transfer of what is working in one region into the other four - setting standards, benchmarks, and best practice ways of working.
Own the annual field sales business plan. In partnership with the VPOPs, set the KPIs, focus areas, field strategy and recognition platforms.
Develop the tools and resources that ensure regional field sales budgets demonstrate strong ROI.
Own the path from strategy to outlet - driving consistent national communication and removing roadblocks between plan and execution.
Own national territory design, using the annual planning cycle to keep the field sales organization deployed against the highest-opportunity outlets in the marketplace.
Set and hold the national standard for in-outlet brand leadership - Red Bull looks like the #1 brand in every A, B, and C+ outlet in America.
Serve as the senior approval authority, alongside Finance, for major partnership agreements accessing national opportunity funds.
Foster strong, trusted collaboration with Global On Premise leadership - proactively sharing what's working, importing best practices from other markets, and representing our field sales organization in a way that strengthens both our business performance and our reputation.
Partner with Key Accounts leadership on the development and implementation of national strategy through the field sales organization.
Drive strong collaboration with Finance, Distribution, Marketing, Business Insights, and the SVP RGMs to advance our performance.
Own the national field sales talent pipeline, development and succession plans. Build programs that ensure ready-now talent at every field sales level, up to and including the Vice President, Region.
Lead and develop the Directors of Field Sales (East & West) as they coach and elevate the Art of Musketeering in the regions, focused on ROPM development in partnership with the Directors of Musketeers.
Oversee the Sr Manager, Training in the development of a consolidated national Art of Musketeering curriculum, executed in partnership through the two regional directors.
Coach the five Vice Presidents, Region as field sales leaders - developing their capability, leadership, and standards.
Be the person the VPOPs turn to: onboarding new VPOPs into norms and routines, pressure testing regional business plans, preparing the regions for global and national market visits, and providing institutional knowledge on complex On Premise scenarios.
Serve as the functional expert VPOPs call on to diagnose field sales performance challenges and identify solutions.
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $188,000 - $282,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
