Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a National Field Reimbursement Manager to support Corporate Accounts nationwide. The role focuses on education, access, and collaboration with providers and payers to enable patient access to Janssen therapies.

The FRM partners with PECS and field teams to address reimbursement challenges, code and billing requirements, and to ensure compliant, patient-centered solutions across multiple payer types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (healthcare or business/public administration) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in reimbursement, coding, and payer processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate stakeholders on reimbursement processes, claims, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field teams and payers to address access barriers.
• Lead discussions on access and fulfillment with field support members.
