Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to lead education, assistance, and issue resolution for healthcare providers regarding patient access to Janssen therapies in the Detroit, MI territory. The role involves up to 50% on-site collaboration with HCPs, coordinating with sales and account teams to optimize access and fulfillment.

The FRM will analyze payer and market dynamics, develop access strategies, and ensure compliant handling of reimbursement processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Reimbursement or relevant managed care experience (revenue cycle, buy-and-bill, prior authorization, coding, and appeals processes).
Experience with payer policies and education of HCPs.

Responsibilities

Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
Collaborate with field support and account managers to address access barriers.
Lead discussions on access and fulfillment with the field team.
Build trusted relationships with customers and manage territory logistics.
