Job summary

TEAM is seeking a senior Account Director to lead a national field program, connecting client objectives with agency leadership and market teams in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment across on-premise and off-premise sampling.

You will manage National Field Directors, ensure strategic execution, budgets, staffing, and risk management, while maintaining strong client relationships and driving program profitability. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, field marketing, brand activation, account management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships and manage expectations around scope, budgets, staffing, deliverables, and performance.
• Oversee nationwide field execution across on-premise and off-premise channels with clear operating rhythms and escalation paths.
• Directly manage National Field Directors and ensure resources and support reach all markets.
• Own program-level planning, budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and account health with internal teams.
• Identify risks, drive efficiency, and mitigate compliance risks in adult beverage sampling environments.
