Qualifications

• Experience leading national field programs across multiple markets.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into field execution plans.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for regional teams.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to monitor KPIs and optimize field performance.
• Comfort with travel and coordinating complex programs across states.
• Background in alcohol/beverage or regulated consumer products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day field execution strategy for nationwide sampling programs.
• Translate client objectives into clear directions for regional teams.
• Develop national field execution plans, timelines, staffing models, and processes.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of field personnel.
• Establish standards, drive compliance, and monitor program performance.
• Coordinate with client and agency leadership to align market execution.
• Manage budgets, resources, and risk across markets.
• Provide regular performance updates and post-program evaluations.
